I’ve used image nails before and absolutely loved them, but this time the nail tech was a little rude and my one nail chipped hours after getting them done and 3 days later 2 more nails chipped. Not sure what happened this time. I’m a little upset but I’ll be back at least one more time, because maybe it was just a fluke.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Poor service. Did not even try to ask how I wanted my nails cut/ shaped. They were grown out and rounded off. I asked for her to even/ file them. Before I knew it, I had short, squared off, uneven nails. 👀 The tech kept waking away while my nails were soaking, leaving my fingers pruned. 🤨Less than 24 hours later, the polish is coming off. All this for $33. 🤬Never again!

The service is friendly. But if you have a problem there is no one there who speaks English enough to get a resolution. I left very upset...and the tech was upset because I couldn't explain my problem so she might fix it.
