I am absolutely ashamed that a hospital would make a pedatric patient wait several hours to be seen, when they are in severe pain, can barley breath. There should be adequate triage so that does not happen. Avoid this ED especially if you have a child because children should take present over most things. Go to a place where that is known and they will be able to get the care they need. Hospital administrators need to step in and access how things are to be ran in an ED situation when it comes to children.

My poor 68 year old diabetic husband sat in the waiting room for 2 hours without being seen, having come in with an extremely elevated heart rate and pain in his chest. No apologies, no compassion, no concern, just wait. We finally decided to go on to the VA hospital in Leavenworth because it's must not be his heart since nobody will see him. It's pretty sad that we get treated like that, while crazy people ride around the waiting room in the wheelchairs, cursing and carrying on.

Was here going on over 4 hours. ….severely lacking in response and courtesy….rude people …..it’s almost like that scene out of the movie “12 Monkeys” the ONLY reason I came here was because it’s in the same town. But I will not ever come back here. I know people have been here waiting over 5-6 hrs ….I can’t believe it’s as bad as it is. Young entitled nurses treating people like criminals and scum……0 compassion

Judy, patients can have flowers in the ICU if they are not immunocompromised. If you're not sure, please check with ICU staff, and they will be happy to guide you on whether a patient can have flowers or not.
With covid going on you may have to make an appointment. Call the main hospital number, they will connect you with someone and tell you what you need to do.
Eugene, having a positive COVID–19 test doesn’t require an inpatient stay for everyone. Many patients are able to quarantine for the recommended time at home and recover there. However, patients who have severe COVID–19 symptoms may be admitted as an inpatient to the hospital.
Yes they do.
I believe that they do in plaza 2
So they can keep this virus going strong to weed out the weak, leaving the strong to survive.

Depends on your insurance coverage and what you got charged for, make sure you look the bill over.
The Doctor will determine this.
She may be an EMT I'm sure if the doctor thought it was nessasary he would ok it. It all depends on what the initial diagnose is I have spent a lot of time under Mosaic care and totally satisfied
Most likely not, you have to go to the dentist.
They wanted to take blood for a simple shot of toradol! I have been there they have my records. I do not come for controlled substances! Your nurse/practitioner did not like me telling him they were checking my levels he wanted to do a drug test! Then he proceeded sticking his finger in my face and became angry. First I wait to get and the lady who came and got me did Not want to push my wheelchair. My wife's hands were full I tried but the pain increased. I asked if she could help she grabbed the right side of my wheelchair and pulled hard because she was in a hurry, yes that did not help. You have the Worst ER around. Rude smart mouthed and I could hear them talking about patients and laughing about them. My wife recorded it. Then your wonderful bedside manner provider set me off wanting to see if I was on drugs. I have passed every drug test giving me in the last 5 years. I didn't move back till then. I will Never walk in those doors again seeking any medical needs Ever
The best way to find a doctor is ask around your location with friends and other family members and see who they have and make a judgment call and use one of their doctors if they're taking patients. An other way is to look up around your location on the computer, look at 3 views from others about the doctors make a judgment call and see one and if you don't like them try a different doctor.
Mosaic does not treat children but you can take your child to be screened before he/she is transferred to a child facility in Kansas City or wherever there is an open bed.
