Sidney was a great help. Always willing to take time to explain and go over my account with me, definitely recommend coming here. 10 stars if possible

This branch puts its members at immediate risk of death in a fire emergency. They have a revolving door with swinging doors on both sides of the revolving door. However, the swinging doors serve no purpose but as a death trap because both swinging doors are always locked. As if SECU is not able to learn from history and wishes it's members suffer the same fate as the patrons of the Cocoanut Grove Disaster. This poses a fire hazard as there is only one point of egress during a fire or any other emergency. A specific law resulting from the Cocoanut Grove Disaster bans revolving doors being the only exit.

I have been with this establishment close to 15 years...or probably more. In my experience, dealing with this credit union is like dealing with a underhanded shady bank. Customer services is friendly, even though they don't resolve your issue 90% of the time. I should have submitted a review for each year I have been with this company. I don't think their practices are fair, and they RARELY help their members with anything. Covid-19 was a horrific time and SECU has failed to show compassion towards their members. This establishment is low-key political and I already know what color they are. I think the corporate guru's are racist, high strung and demonstrate a respecter of persons towards people dressed up in green while presenting that good ol' vote for me because I care persona. I don't care if I go to the likes of CHASE even though I know how overtly racist they are towards black America. I can deal. Most people who rate this organization a five are the people who fit the bill of what type of people SECU actually wants to deal with. Sad. I had a representative chide me and pretty much tried to talk down on me because I didn't agree about how they conducted business. W.O.W. In hindsight, I will be taking my unwanted business else where and I am truly ok with that. It's certainly been a displeasure.
