Hi Miranda, they have to be 16 to open an account if accompanied by someone over 18. Otherwise, they can open an account on their own at age 18. Hope this helps! -Linda

I'm not entirely sure of the exact age. I don't even think they have it on the website unfortunately but. Considering the person in question is a teenager I'm sure they are able especially if they meet any other eligibility requirement for membership
