Salesman was spot on. I forget his name but he was exactly the guy I needed. Very knowledgeable and instead of the typical salesman routine where they try to sell you what they want to sell, this guy actually listened to me. Even knowing he wasn't going to make much money on me, he was attentive, patient and professional. I left with a great vacuum, a one year warranty and a new place to ship for vacuums. If you're in need of new cleaner or repairs, those is the place.

Love my new machine! One year ago I walked in with my mother’s 40 year old machine - I wanted to get it serviced. Ivan told me the truth - it wasn’t worth the money to spend on a service. I walked out insulted. I put up with that machine for a year and finally I had enough. I shopped around, I returned to Tops and Ivan made me a deal I couldn’t refuse. I purchased a Janome 4120QDC. Well I am not a great seamstress but I can tell you that Ivan was right! This machine is so easy to use! It is such a pleasure to sew now. Thank you Ivan I love my new machine!

I purchased a long arm. Very friendly, helpfully. When I had an issue, Tops and the manufacturer did everything possible to help me. Fixed all problems and now that I own my own sewing shop, I STILL go to Tops for purchases! Ivan is the best and even when I got out of control, he kept his calm and made sure I was happy.

I was looking to upgrade my quilting machine and spoke to Greg. He was very professional and explained all my options thoroughly. I purchased an Avante longarm that was delivered directly to my home, with no delivery charge to me. An installer came to my home at no charge to me as well (many other long arm dealers charge for both delivery and installation). David the installer came on time, was courteous, cleaned as he went and was professional. He then explained the machine, the computer, the frame etc... to me. I watched him work and learned as he put everything together. Any call I've made to Greg with questions have been promptly answered and he kept me updated about delivery of the machine. I highly recommend this company for your sewing needs.
