There is a new policy to buy beer. Regardless of age, >60 for me, You must have ID and the clerk must scan and save it as proof of age. Really? What about privacy, ID theft, wasting my time, and not following law. A whimsical idea for unknow reason. Will not return. More incidents at Bee Ridge store: failed to get correct balance on gift card, failed to accept card from health insurance, deli meat turns to ash color in 2.5 days in my fridge. Refuses to carry Paul Newman salad dressing. Bad management, poor selection, clerks may try but poor service. I must admit I am COSTCO evangelist, and only visit WD in desperation. Now I'll drive the 4 more miles to the best retailer in the world. You should too.

I’m happy to see my childhood Sweetbay hasn’t changed! The produce section was fantastic, and the cucumbers and tomatoes I got for my sandwiches were crisp and delicious, even fresher than Publix! I hope they do not renovate this Winn Dixie to the ugly red Harvey’s look with the bland painted department signs. The layout and design of this store are timeless!
