This store is great! Such helpful staff on the floor. And if you’re shorter like me, they have a petite section where the pants just fit and the shirts fit too! And they can order things online if they don’t have them. It always makes me feel like a normal adult shopping here where I don’t have to compromise or go home empty-handed. Thank you Talbots!

Worst customer service at this store. "Brenda" was the most interruptive, rudest person and when I asked for the manager, "Lauren", she simply did not care. She did absolutely nothing!!!! I was told they had no status on my return and when I read the return tracking number all of a sudden they had an answer for me. I get it, it's the end of a pandemic but, really, check your rudeness. I finally called the Annapolis store and a very nice lady answered with the name of "Brenda".....another Brenda. This Brenda could not have been kinder and more accommodating. No smart mouth, no interruptions and very helpful. Hopefully this matter will be solved quickly.
