My family stayed here for 1 night. It is super close to Mall of America and that is why we chose it. Staff was friendly of the few that I saw. I do agree with the comments of it being short staffed. But, really that can be said for everywhere nowadays. That didn't effect our stay in any negative way Breakfast was okay and had a variety of choices. Couch that turned into bed was very "springy." Pool area was fine. They were running very low on towels. After reading majority of comments, I do agree that cleaning could be improved. My room was cleaned but little things were overlooked, like lining for trash cans, etc. Restaurant floor was sticky. Mold in bathtub, but too be honest not sure if you could get it out of the cracks. The tub did look freshly cleaned. Room had a few wears and tears but nothing alarming. Parking was fine. Free shuttle to Mall, but we didn't end up using it.

Five star staff, three star hotel. We were treated with cheerful, friendly service. The desk staff, bartender and waitstaff were great. There was mold in the shower and my sheets had long black hair embedded in them. Water damage to the drop ceiling in the bathroom.

We stayed here one night and this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Guest service was a joke. They ignored me even though she was 'helping' me. The other attendant had to keep stepping in because the one helping me wasn't. The stopper in our tub was broken so during the shower it kept backing up. Couldn't find anyone in the morning. Pool opened in the morning but hadn't been cleaned from the night before. It was absolutely disgusting. Food, drinks, dirty towels, and garbage just everywhere. We had a pool side room that we paid extra for and that's the view we got. A dirty pool side.

We have stayed here twice in the last couple weeks. The first time was fine, the pool area was pretty quiet and our room was okay, but the front desk woman literally pretended to swipe my card then charged my sister for both rooms, even after we specifically called and asked for them to be split. They also told us the rooms were connected by a door in the middle but absolutely were not. The second time we stayed we “upgraded” to poolside for twice the price. Our room is a dump. Stains everywhere, tape on the walls from some previous party, the air conditioner doesn’t even function (extremely dry and stuffy in the room, our kid got a nosebleed), the sheets are covered in lint. The fixtures are filthy and the vents are caked in dust. Just awful, especially considering the price. The pool area is an absolute free-for-all. Overcrowded, kids swimming in just regular diapers, parents wearing rolled up jeans in the wading pool… just insane. The noise was out of control until 12:30 am, but I’ll put that one on me for choosing a poolside room. For the price of the poolside room you’d think they could at least clean up the room for you but like everything else in the world these days you’ll just have to lower your expectations while forking over your hard earned money here.

I believe at least 24 hours is required for any hotel
