I manage our AAU travel reservations for parents and coaches. Ryan Young was absolutely amazing to deal with. We had to make several last minute changes, in the 2 weekends we had reservations. Ryan handled every detail seamlessly and in a timely matter. Customer service goes a long way, and we will definitely be keeping him in mind in the future.

The building is held under tight security which helps make me feel safe (needing a key card to use elevator and use the stairwell). But this also means you cannot get any delivery food to your room, you have to meet them in the lobby. The staff gave me a room directly next to an elevator which my IHG profile states that I want a room away from the elevator. My key didn't work and I needed a new room because the room was damaged and absolutely sub standard. A total of 11 broken tiles in the shower, water damage on the ceiling, paint peeling off the ceiling in multiple stops and the shower does not drain well at all. I had water over my feet by the time I was getting out and it took 2 hours to drain water from an 8 minute shower. Not a standard for an experience for a diamond elite customer and definitely not up to what a "3 star" hotel should be providing.

My wife, kids and I stayed here the night before we had an early flight the next morning. The room we had was very spacious - the kids slept on the pull-out couch and my wife & I slept on the king bed. We had plenty of space to lay out all of our luggage and still room to walk around. The pool was also nice and the in-house restaurant was a bonus with not having to go find a nice restaurant to go to. I didn't do my research ahead of time (shame on me) on the extended parking. In my opinion, parking should be included if you pay for a room. Instead, they charge $15/night and the parking lot is a good half-mile from the hotel and you need to go up six flights of filthy, questionable stairs to get up to the skyway to get to the hotel (there is no elevator). If you have to take something down to your car, expect for it to take 15-20 minutes and expect to be out of breath by the time you get back to your room. In the end, the hotel was very neat and spacious but I was very disappointed in the parking amenities. I would not stay here again just because of the inconvenient parking.

This place is very nice. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. We had a free upgrade to a room with a seperate bedroom and living room. The lobby was pretty and it even had a sweet glass rotating doors (sadly not in operation). Pool is huge. I did not care for how long it takes to get from parking to elevators, seems like there should be more. Hallways were a lot less polished and clean than the rooms and lobby. I still think it's a great place with the few complaints though.
