There are some amazing staff and some awful. The maintenance guy (Mitch) needs to go. My mom asked him if he had a tool so I could hang something for her and he just immediately barks "I'm not doing it!". The hallway/room my mom was in smelt like urine or barf, couldn't tell. We took her to another care facility and I was AMAZED at the difference in the staff and environment. The maintenance guy at the other place actually asked us if we needed help. Big difference. We were so happy to get my mom out of here. This place needs a make over and change in some of the staff.

I’ve visited this community several times and the staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming, I would feel very comfortable having my mother or father living here.

Alta Ridge is close to my home and the perfect place for my loved one to be cared for. The staff and administrator are so nice and attentive. I love this place and the staff!
