A crook. Gentrifier. Slaps paint on properties that should no be habitable and rents them out. Sends unlicensed people to do "repairs". Check the local courts for how many cases he has against tenants on a month, it's sickening

Honestly it's half and half I love renting from them because they have fixed every problem I have had if I had any I hated moving in with roaches but within 2 months all insects were gone and this house is so spacious I still can't believe I only pay $895 for the 2 bedroom house I have. I have definitely been recommending to family and friends looking for affordable place to stay.
