This is not friendly log in site

I had to cancel my debit card and get new one. I was given a code to activate, however I can not get funds from the card I have and it's the weekend. What am I doing wrong.

Go to the Credit Union and talk to a customer support representative and they will activate the card the same day.

No, only the payday date of the week it is posted . They use to post the day before payday.🙁
