Great location. Confusing is how to obtain the generous discount voucher from Jefferson. I will explain how..... 1) Take your parking ticket with you. 2) Request a doctor's or visit summary before leaving your doctor's office. Unfortunately, your doctor's office does NOT issue the discount parking voucher. You will need your visit summary from your doctor to obtain the voucher. 3) Then go to Jefferson Hospital (directly across the street from SP+ Parking garage on Market St). Go up to the 2nd floor corner. Ask at main desk on street level to direct you to the correct 2nd floor corner. 4) Show the administrator on the 2nd floor your summary and parking ticket. 5) You will be given a new parking ticket. 6) Pay at kiosk on street level at SP+ Parking on Market Street. 7) 2 hours or less is $15 as of April 2022. Without the voucher it would have been around $30. I am unsure if other SP+ Parking garages offer the same discount voucher system. There may be a way to show the parking garage attendant your visit summary and original parking ticket to obtain the discount voucher. The attendant's office is adjacent to the payment kiosks on the street level. Next visit I will inquire and update.

Nice place to park. Right in the middle of everything. Cost was $31. But that seems to be the average in that area.

I parked here for a doctors appointment with my jefferson doctor. I parked at 2:26 and was back by 3:52 I was only parked for a hour and 26 minutes. I go to pay at the kiosk machine and it charged me $31 dollars thats a huge rip off I didn't see a parking attendant to see why I was being charged that. I looked at the parking rates and 1 hour is $11 up to 90 minutes is $21 and up to 24 hours is $31 dollars. I wasn't parked over the 90 minutes so I should have paid $21 not $31 I want my change or my $10 dollars back. The kiosk machine is rounding the time up to the closes hour so you are paying more. I will be calling this lot someone is going to give me my money. I have a parking receipt. I will never park their again and will be calling customer service in the morning.

A very convenient place if you are visiting the city center in Philadelphia .. You have to arrive early because it is difficult to find a place during the week, if you go on a weekend visit it is best to arrive before 11am and the payments are automatic in the parking through a machine
