It’s sort of weird to review a parking garage, but I saw a lot of people giving it a poor review because the spaces are small and it’s crowded. It’s a parking garage in center city what else can you expect… not nearly as bad as some people here made it seem

Prior to covid, it was very hard to find sn open spot in yhis hospital-adjacent garage. In past year Ive always found parking easily at any time. Convenient to Pennsylvania Hospital and affiliated doctors' offices. Sadly, they do NOT offer monthly parking except to hospital staff. But overnight, with hospital validation, is a reasonable $16. Spaces are a little tight, but I've seen worse in the city. If you're leaving near shift-change times, there can be a long line to pay cashier. No automated payments. Enter from Delancy St, just off 8th St.

Convenient but due to so many folks now driving SUVs it gets tight. I always find a space and love the location to all my Docs.

I think anywhere from $4 to $12 depending on how long you're there...make sure that you validate your ticket

What is the height restriction? And, do you have to be a patient (or visiting one) to use this parking garage?

You do not have to be a patient, but it costs more if you are not. See Self-Park Rates for Non-Patient here: https://www.pennmedicine.org/for-patients-and-visitors/penn-medicine-locations/penn-medicine-washington-square/patient-and-visitor-information/directions-and-parking
