Nobody is here…. In google ist says open 10am, then I came, there is s handwritten sign „we open at 1pm“. Now it‘s 1:15, many customers waiting and leaving, because still nobody is here…!

Showed up at 10am today (Wednesday). Hours advertised as 10 - 6 Monday to Saturday. No one was here. Waited 16 minutes. Total waste of my time.

Located inside the shopping area, besides the inside entrance to Nordstrom. Fast and easy. Everything was straight forward as long as I asked. Trinidad is definitely the person I'll go to if I will need exchanges in the future!

I would like to assure you that the teller was not trying to short you in your Mexico pesos. I would also like to add that the teller servicing you was a new hire, and he may have been a little nervous while counting out the currency, so they would not make a mistake. That is why they were trying to take some time and count it several times. However, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. We continuously train our staff in customer service and will keep doing so, so incident like this do not take place again in the future.
