Not only are the employees poorly trained on customer service they are very ghetto and rude. They refuse customers service without explanation and when asked as to why their response is "this is our store" "we could do what we want to do" The manager of this location needs to be fired and all employees need t o be relocated or replaced until they've completed customer service training or get a job where their disgraceful attitude is accepted.

Came in today to try and cash my check but they would not let me check it because it was signed already, told me I needed to get a new check issued which is complete b S they called and verified and the check is valid. But they won't cash it will never ever come back to this location again terrible customer service the lady was rude to me
