I am coming in from DC and have an oversized vehicle. Can I reserve a spot so that I can gaurentee parking in open air lot?

This is the best lot to park at, saves you a lot of time and money. Safe lot too

I was unble to reserve a spot. But i was able to park a f350 there withoit worrying. Many spots were always open.
