Hello Frances, Regal Plaza is a one bedroom senior apartment living community for those aged 55 or better and rent is based on income. We calculate your rental rate based upon your total household income. Call (316) 687-1776 or drop by during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm) to get on our waiting list for an apartment home, when a vacancy comes up.
A one bedroom apartment, at the time of writing (1/16/2019), rents for $456/month, which includes basic cable TV, wireless internet, water and gas, your only utility bill is electricity
Regal Plaza & Cottages are all one bedroom apartment homes for seniors. We do not offer two bedroom apartment homes at this community, sorry.
Hello Sherry, thank you for your question. At Regal Plaza, the average electricity bill is $60 per month, water and gas are included in the monthly rental rate. Cable TV is not included, however, we do offer a reduced rate cable TV package, for an additional $30 per month, and Internet is not included. We understand that our website stated free Wi-Fi, this is no longer the case, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Information provided in the answer is true on 4/6/2021.
