Edit: I just wanted to amend this, as new management has been brought in. Autumn has been very helpful, in the short time she has been there. She is stuck trying to clean up the mess that previous management left her with. She is more than helpful, and issues that we have been having for months we're taken care of in the first week or two that they were brought to her attention. Whoever got rid of previous management clearly made the right move. Thank you Autumn! This place is a joke. Cannot get ahold of anyone to fix anything or answer any questions. I am a representative for someone who moved in here April 11. Keys didn't fit the door... took 2 hours to resolve. their fix was to put a bathroom door handle on that you can unlock with a fingernail. No screens on windows, AC has not worked since day 1, patched walls, not painted. There have been smoke detectors beeping in the hallways for over a month and a half. They are quick to post eviction notices on doors, when they have the rent check IN HAND prior to due date, just can't get payments straight. Can't pay online or use maintenance portal because still isn't registered as a resident. Would avoid at all costs.

These apartments have turned into or worst nightmare. There are roaches, bedbugs, and we've had not one but two pipes burst in the time that we lived here (6 months). Management does not disclose information to residents and I had to find out about the roaches from a floor below us (they are moving out). We got bedbugs from the residents across the hall who were evicted and threw all of their furniture away mattresses coaches ect. The property manager tried to tell us that we brought them into the apartment, but we haven't moved anything new in since we moved in. The hallway is carpet and they only started showing up after the neighbors left. DO NOT RENT HERE! EDIT: Our AC/Heat hasn't worked since we moved in. We had someone come to fix it and he was here for 5 minutes in left. He didn't do it correctly and the apartment was back at 80 degrees after he left. The apartment below us who is moving out said hers is broken too and that they haven't cared to fix it. It's not comfortable for us, but also unsafe for our dogs.
