Was charged $1,252.16 for a 1 night stay! Originally was booked for two nights, then had to change because I couldn't stay the 2nd night and had to get home to my son. The Assistant General Manager Sabrina refused to issue a refund for the 2nd night because it was a non-refundable reservation. No flexibility! We are Marriott Gold Elite members. This is an absurd amount for a just OK Residence Inn. Absolute price gouging because it's graduation weekend!

Floors are dirty in the room. We had to clean our suite before we could relax. They tried to double charge my Discover card and they notified me of that transaction, of course I denied the second charge. Had several problems with the room key. Smelled like animals and black mold coming out of A/C vents. On the positive side, Beds were very comfortable.

My stay at this hotel was amazing! I had my concerns about visiting a hotel during this pandemic but as soon as I entered my room, all of my concerns were addressed. My entire room was clean, the kitchen was perfect for my needs-and fully stocked with everything I could possibly want, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was pristine. In addition to my room, the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me with my luggage and providing assistance when I needed a printer. Overall, I enjoyed every moment of my stay and I would stay there again given the opportunity.
