I got a notification from Amazon that my order was not able to be delivered and asked me to Call an 800 number that was to USPS.It literally took 3 hrs for a call back to speak to someone. I was told to pick order up from Hertford post office. Wow is all I can say. I was waiting at 855 for it to open. Nine AM comes door still locked. I try knocking on door. Some one shouts out " we know we're late". They finally open door. I ask for my package. man goes to back of the lobby only to come back and tell me " I don't know if your package is out for delivery and it's too hard to check".Doing your job is too hard????

Doesn't knock hard enough to be heard. Was up since 730 yesterday morning. I get a notification saying my packages were delivered, so I go to the door, check outside. Nothing. Call up the post office, they tell me the apps are always wrong and that the person just started delivering the packages. Wait all day just to be told that yes they were at my house, but the knock was very gentle and very quiet. Like what?? How am I supposed to hear it?!?!

Well here we go again (Wilbert Harris) here: This time the carrier came by the house, never stop and put anything in the mail box. But 10 minutes later I get a notification on my phone that a delivery was made to my house at (2:23 pm). No package in sight. Well what do you know at around (4:00PM) this older white male (USPS Carrier) driving a light colored car pulls up in my drive, tells us he forgot the package, he leave two packages still missing the third one. Have spoke to the local Postmaster about these problems, I guess its time to contact the US Postmaster General now.

Big Problem...My mail keeps being delivered to 105 Cottonwood Dr. instead of 105 Cotton Gin Rd. This problem happen again on 07/20/2021 where AGAIN my Amazon Package was delivered to 105 Cottonwood Dr. Hire people that take the time to read.
