My mail has been ruined or lost regularly since I moved here. Was never an issue before. Really stresses me out when I'm expecting important documents in the mail - they're been lost or completely ruined a couple of times now. Also, when there's an issue, it's near impossible to actually talk to anyone with their terrible automated phone service.

I drove quite a distance to this post office for passport processing on a Saturday. Brandy and the others were awesome - excellent customer service, made the entire process very simple. Wish I lived closer so I could use them for any postal transactions!

Lately the mail service is hit and miss. Always recieving other addresses in my box. Checked my Son's box yesterday and half my mail in his box. My Mother sent a pkg from Washington State the tracking says it was delivered to my front porch and no such thing happened. So now package missing.... my Mother is upset...as well she should be. I have a long driveway and 10 steps up to porch no one ever come down drive so theft off porch is pretty much a no. If the mail delivery person can't identify Addresses and is fraudulent in reporting delivery maybe a replacement is in order.

I have to go to the USPS daily to ship packages. Most offices are nightmares, but not thos one! The same employees day after day and theyre always friendly and courteous, it doesnt matter if theyre slammed or not. Theyre nice even when theyre dealong with real life Karens on the loose.

If they sent it Priority or any other traceable method, they should be able to find it's latest location. If it was a combination of USPS Money Orders they can be replaced if your friend has a receipt for the USPS Money Orders. Otherwise, they would have to check with the company that issued the Money Order(s).
