A waste of time to try to contact anyone. Very poor management, tried to use the calendar to schedule an appt for a passport. Doesn't work. Tried calling several times, employees disconnect the call by picking up and hanging up. I've had that problem with them several times. Useless staff.

I would give 0 if I could. Consistently saying they tried to deliver my packages….I was home every time and nothing delivered…..then I get notified they tried to deliver and now I have to pick up!! I PAID for shipping not for me to pick up. This service is completely unacceptable! If it wasn’t a government agency it would be out of business.

They are ZERO help trying to solve a shipping issue.ZERO

There’s is a condescending cashier that was complaining about the amount of customers that have come in. Said that it was supposed to be an easy day and the customers were making it hard. Treated my parents badly because they weren’t understanding the process to send something overnight. He said, “you don’t understand what you’re doing, I can’t help you!” Unprofessional and not helpful. My parents paid $50 to send something that could have cost $25. All of it could have been avoided if the cashier had good customer service and tried to be helpful. This was 08/18 at 11am. On other days, with a different cashier I have only great things to say! Prior to this trip, connected with a really nice cashier who was a vet from LA. Was so helpful and nice!

I think only non-walking routes are being delivered right now. I work downtown and live on a walking route, no mail all week at either location.
Simply type in USPS Tracking in your search engine. The window that pops open will have a Tracking Number Option. Type in your Tracking Number (you can find it on the receipt from the purchase of First Class Mail from the Post Office) just follow any other directions. It will be in real time tracking.
As far as I can see. Yes. I witnessed at least 5 mail trucks running today
The mail man delivers mail there and pick up
Yes. Probably easier that way. Just bring proof of recidency when you go for your box key.
