I know people might complain for service, but I can't complain of how helpful they are and they try their best if they gotta fix something, customer service is really good, so far every time I go they are very respectful and professional. I have been going here for a while now. And even though I move I stil go to this location to send packages.

No, copiers we’re removed
It should still be able to be tracked because every piece of mail is scanned. They should be able to at least find where it went by where they were at when it was scanned. Go to their website and file for lost mail. Hope this helps.
Small flat rate is 7-8$ last time I checked, go to USPS website and it has prices there also
