Occasionally people still need to leave OUTGOING mail. I have had a birthday card in my mailbox for 3 days with no pick up and new mail piled on top. Is the USPS going to now pay for a belated birthday card?? This is not the first time normal mail is not picked up. SO frustrating. Wish I could leave a half-star.

No mail delivery for weeks at a time on our street. This is hard to believe but I have contacted the Columbia Post Office over & over with nothing but excuses! This is unacceptable. But what can we do?!!!!

You ant kidding. I got a bunch mail missing no telling how many other people mail missing. That's a lot of mail
Go to mail call, they do a great job, handle usps, ups, fed ex
Maybe the mailbox doesn't properly close so it opens on its own after a while,.
No mail person should have your personal cellphone number unless you know them personally. Even if your package or express mail has a telephone number on it, supervisor from a postal telephone line will call you to get your mail. If your box is blocked, your mail will be brought back to the PO.
