Be careful. We ordered an arrangement and what was delivered was completely different. It was embarrassing. The tiny container had a 4.99 sticker on the bottom. Rather than getting the plant we ordered and as shown on the web site there was a small... no tiny.. round cactus in dry soil. The card was wrong. We are from out of town. But came to visit the person we sent flowers. Again we could not have been more embarrassed. We took the plant back. There was no offer to make this right. We are waiting to see if we at least get a credit back. We then drove to Rachel's Florist (near by) because we needed to return with an arrangement. Rachel's staff quickly put together a beautiful arrangement.

I am really glad I ordered from Pugh's for Valentine's this year! I had ordered the standard-sized Charmed in Love arrangement for my wife and scheduled them to be delivered to her work the Friday before Valentine's. However, the ice storms knocked out power at her office that morning, and I was able to call Pugh's and get them redirected to our home across town not just the same day but they even arrived in the morning. That's just fantastic service. And my wife loved the flowers!

Don't order "The Cat's Meow." They'll send you half dead greenery and forget the candle, promise to deliver it and then won't. Hopefully I get the 30% back they promised to refund me. They won't be getting my business again.

Highly disappointed with the very low level of customer service I received from the Midtown location. My purchase had noticeable differences from the vase used to the cut plants in the floral arrangement. When I called following receipt of the delivery - I was spoken to very poorly and lowly. In a frustrated tone I was told “there’s nothing I can do about it”. I then escalated the situation to a manager who came on phone sounded frustrated to begin with and gave me the impression that she had very little time to address my concerns. She blatantly noted that the arrangement I bought and the one shown on website are the exact same thing. I shared with her that I understand variations do occur in this kind of business but inform the customer of this and that a simply apology would have prevented all this in the first place. In the end the manager admitted that the vase is different and that some cut flowers in my arrangement differ from one on website. Next time I will choice wisely where I take my business and it will not be at Pugh’s. No respect or honor here for the black dollar. My people spend your money elsewhere! Not sure how LGBTQIA they are as well - this experience was not the one I wanted to buy for my wife on her birthday.
