I really enjoyed my first time here. I love the location. The dentist and assistants were very engaging, entertaining and comforting. To my surprise, the dental chairs have a massage feature on them. It made for a very pleasant experience. The caveat: one of the receptionists was rude. I received a “friendly” reminder phone call a couple of days ago. The receptionist wasn’t clear about the appointment details (she only said she was calling to remind me of the appointment but provided no details such as the date and time.) When I asked for clarification—not far fetched as the appointment was made half a year ago—her tone of voice changed and she started to speak to me as if I were a kindergartener being taught to read. I confirmed with her then but, in the end, the offense is too great. For that reason alone, I will be cancelling my appointment with no plans to return any time soon.

Today was my first visit at Dr. Higginbotham office in Harbor town and I must say it was awesome. Everyone here was very nice. Their office was neat and clean.The dental hygienist I had was very informative and she did a amazing job cleaning my teeth. The equipment was updated. My overall experience was great and I will be returning.

Excellence at it's best! I called and got in the Very Same Day!!! That's practically unheard of these days. The office staff is professional, proficient and polite! Dr. Crown is so kind and caring and did a wonderful job at calming my "jitters"! Their Harbor Town office is beautiful and has a welcoming feel! I have a new Family Dentistry for life! Kudos for a job WELL DONE!

Was lucky enough to have a local dentist office and couldn't be happier with the service. Everything top to bottom is first class, client service, communication, dental work and knowledgeable, friendly staff. They did a great job, even though i usually dread the trip to thr dentist, almost looked forward to my visit. Best dentist experience I've ever had.
