Horrible! Disgrace! Worthless! This Pizza Hut took our order at 657pm for two medium pizzas and some breadsticks. I received an email stating my order would arrive at 8pm. At 830pm, we called and were told they only had one driver and they had several tickets to deliver. That is understandable, so we gave them more time. At 9pm, I called again and received some very rude girl on the phone that opened with “pizza hut we’re closed”. Okay, that is fine but I ordered two hours ago? When I asked her a very simple question of if we were going to get our food? She cut me off and told me they didn’t have a driver and I would get a refund. When I asked her name she hung up on me. Really?!? I called again, this time I was sent to a branch office type. She stated she couldn’t see who was working there at the time and gave me the same BS that I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. Wow! This Pizza Hut location is trash and my next review is going to Pizza Hut corporation.

Have had multiple issues with this location. Online order cancelled with no communication and very rude staff. Talked to corporate who said i would receive a call back and never did regarding a complaint. Do not recommend this store if you want to receive your pizza.
