Store closed over 30 minutes earlier than the time posted on the store front and website (9/18/22). No other notice or signs on the door indicating otherwise. Door was locked with a few customers inside. A line was forming on the outside. No one inside even bothered to acknowledged the line outside and let us know that they are closing early. As soon as they let the customers inside out, they locked the door and turned off the lights. No explanation, not even a simple apology for the inconvenience. Terrible CS. Went to another UPS Store in the area.
