I have been Sending through them for a very long time and I am really happy how they are so fast and reliable. But recently they have hired a new girl who gives wrong prices. I went in the morning and she said my box was 20 lbs with 8 lbs so for 28 lbs I have to $194. She started behaving rude after I asked her how it comes 8lbs dimension? Nextday I went back again when she wasn’t there and guess what? My box was 19 lbs with 2 lbs dimension lol which is Total 21 lbs I paid $142 It’s funny how the dimension changed in few hours

Do not use this place EVER!! They do not give you a receipt for your package. I dropped a return via UPS and there is no record of it anywhere. I am out $100.00 as the employees most likely stole it along with countless others. THIEVES !! My mistake wrong store.
