The staff here is absolutely phenomenal!! I’ve showed up numerous times with 100+ boxes to ship out to individual people and they don’t even bat an eye. Everyone is so kind and does their best to get everything shipped out as fast as possible and in an efficient way. I’ve spent hours with Kyle, Duane, & Joao & they’re all wonderful. They turn an exhausting task into one that’s almost fun! All of them deserve a raise because they’re crushing it!! Love this UPS store & will only ever come to this location

So I’m confused some say call to make sure that a notary is there. Some say just walk in !! So does anyone know for a fact? Do they always have a notary or not?

Ask the company you are returning for a prepaid label, and if it's Amazon, inititate the return on your account for a QR code or label. If you have any questions feel free to call.
They do if it is from a QR Code from an Amazon Order. Otherwise, it costs a few cents to have a label printed out.
