The staff at the 65th street are so nice . The young lady behind the desk is so friendly both me and my wife love her . I left my shopping cart there by accident and she held it for me for over three days when I finally realized I had lost it . The young man who works there is also special and always has a great smile on his face - they both make my day live these employees!!!

Would rate 0 if I could. I attempted to have a package sent to this store as a “UPS Access” point. They rejected the package and I was given no option to change the delivery nor was I notified that the package was rejected. After spending hours searching through the UPS website and waiting on hold with customer service, the only option I was given was to have the package resent to the sender, and have them reship the item to me. The package contained my suit for an upcoming wedding. I chose this option as what I thought would be a safe option to have an important package delivered on-time. The time it would have taken to ship the item back to the sender and them redeliver it to me was past the date of my wedding (weeks away). I was forced to purchase a new wedding suit last minute. Terrible experience.

Avoid this ups location if you are in a hurry . There are always long line to get in since this ups is super small . One person working in this location so it takes forever . Will not come back next time
