I agree with one of the reviews. I did an application online for a position and got called back months later. It's a no for me. I'm smart to know if a job does not call you back they have someone else. If the person doesn't show up then more than likely they calling you back etc... It's other jobs out there.

Yes. Be open and honest. Have all information about the case. Info such as when , where (What store), sentencing county, and dollar amount of merchandise. Lastly, what grade was the charge: Felony, Misdemeanor, or Summary. Be providing this information you are giving Aerotek the ability to match you with an employer that the charges you have, will not eliminate you from the interview or hire process.
