I would like to thank these workers for taking such good care of me while I was here; First Denise and Crystal welcomed me when I came here from the hospital.These are some of the ones that was there for me everyday. Iveliz,Crystal, Earline, Sonja, David, and Bonita and more girls and the people at therapy: Rhea, Larry, Kayla, and April helped me to be ready to go home. Thanks!

My 100-year-old grandmother has been living here for a month now after moving from another senior care facility in Lancaster. We are very pleased with her level of care. There is much more of a variety of food options compared to other places of the like, a caring and professional staff, more of a family atmosphere, numerous activities available for the residents, and the facility is clean and tidy. Also, Admission Director, Andrew Walter, goes above and beyond to make families feel that they are a part of process.

My friend is at Promedica. I must say the staff there has been very understanding, patient, and kind to him. D.K. can be a handful most of the time but the staff have not mistreated him at all. Because he can be needy he lays on his call bell he hasn't been ignored like he was in LGH. The staff has been of great service in personal issues as well as his physical needs. I am so glad he's there and the staff is accommodating. I know he's in good hands.
