Thank you for answering Ellen! And to echo Ellen's response, yes we do. I have had to enlist help for some basic repair work from a jeweler friend who does not work in-house so we can stay ontop of our custom work and high end repairs. I will be happy to help answer any questions you may have and also be sure your repair does stay in our care the entire time. Looking forward to working with you.
Hello! We are open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday the 22nd - 23rd and on Christmas Eve we are open from 10 till 3:00 p.m.
Hi Denise. We charge a flat rate of $65.00 per item. We do charge an Express fee of $95.00 if you'd like to set up a while-you-wait appointment to have the piece done. Feel free to call and ask for Jessica, she is our Graduate Gemologist, if you'd like to set up an appointment. All the best!
Yes, they do buy gold and platinum wedding bands based on current scrap value. You would have to bring it into the store for them to weigh and they will be glad to give an exact quote.
