Bought a ring back in October they sent it out to get sized they said it would take about two weeks to get it back it took about a month and a half we get ring back after there quality check they said it was good to go a week later the ring broke again gave it back they told me that it be back in 2 weeks again it took a month and a half be for it come back again when they did Their quality check said ring was good to go now I gave it back a 3rd time because it was turning my Daughter finger black they were Supposed to return the ring again Went to find out 3 weeks later that they never sent it out now I'm waiting another month because they never sent it out or longer I will never buy from this place again

Visited yesterday looking for a quality men's watch with my father and father-in-law. I was greet with "can I help you?" And not in a very kind tone. I asked about watches suggesting I would like to have seen a few, however was told they have nothing in my price range of 600-1000? NEVER JUDGE BOOKS BY THEIR COVERS! It seemed like the salesmen are kind, but the older blond sales woman is extremely rude. If you don't plan on wearing some lavish outfits to browse she will NOT pay you any attention or show you anything. I did get her name, but I don't believe it should be used to shame anyone. Also I would like to point out that I could physically see tags on select watches down in the $400s, so I know for a fact she did NOT want to show anything in any case. TRULY DISAPPOINTING VISIT! I suppose I'll try visiting zales or quite literally anywhere else.

I recently went in just to browse and was kindly greeted by James. He was very laid back and put me at ease. We found the perfect Valentine's gift and my wife is so happy. He knew all of the inventory and had several ideas to help me out. I have shopped at Kay's many times over the years but hands down my best experience. Thank you James!!! Recently lost a stone from my diamond engagement ring. As long as your cleaning and checks are up to date there is no problem. However, the promised date was Dec.6 and it wasn't done till the middle of Jan. With all the problems due to Covid I shouldn't complain.
