Some of the rooms are very dated and need repair especially on the second floor so if they try to give you that floor try to change. The breakfast is a basic Hotel breakfast I'm not sure why they charge $16 for it that's the same kind of breakfast that's free at most places for a continental breakfast The servers in the restaurant are friendly and outgoing the food is okay if you don't have any other option but there's a lot of restaurants close by go to one of those if you can. I would stay there again but I would probably try somewhere else first. The best part of this place is definitely the front desk staff and the servers in the restaurant

Spent our anniversary here & I must say it was 1000 percent better than the last time we stayed. Quiet, lobby smelled great & the drinks was on point. Will be back in September.

Positive: Location...went to Utica for a hockey game. The hotel is within walking distance (about 4 blocks) from the arena. Hotel also offers free parking! Staff was very professional and nice except one person didn't know how to get to the arena. Negative: the bathtub in this room had a very slow drain. Mentioned it to the staff upon check out.

Stayed here 3 nights for work...Lobby and pool are very nice, rooms need a bit of work...Smallest bathrooms I have ever seen, can barely close the door when your in there....The counters,dressers and refrigerator definitely need updating, rooms were a decent size and bathroom was nice despite size..
