Positive: Handicap bathroom. Fridge and M8crowave and pet friendly. Negative: Towels were rough and thin. Handicap shower had no rim on the floor so water flowed past the drain in the floor. Could not get the hand held shower head to work.

Positive: pets are allowed Negative: no hair dryer in the room or refrigerator. my room was same rate as the king room which has refrigerator but the double bedroom had no fridge. the a/c heater unit filter was not clean. I got an employee who cleans rooms who came & swept filter

Positive: Very clean room, easy check in and pleasant staff. Negative: When we got to the room, the thermostat had been set to 80. It was uncomfortably hot and humid. It was 40 outside so we opened the window and ran the AC. That should have been checked before our check-in. Otherwise the stay was good and I'd recommend.

Positive: Its an older property with updated rooms. My room was a 'superior' room had hard wood floors. Nice TVs!! Not a lot of channels though. Check in was easy. Tasty coffee in the lobby. Negative: The room was filthy dirt, stones and salt behind door in bathroom and near tub. Tub is not cleaned properly. Hair on towel. Staff pretty much avoids the guests which is fine I guess. Gentle man check in was pleasant and helpful
