Beware! This place is dangerous...Massive sewer issues here. The water floods through your apartment from the backed up sewer system whenever it rains hard...Rats Possums and Racoons are frequently seen because of the trash just lying around the tiny dumpster in back!... Disgusting!... Don't go here!
