Was out in Utica working nights, came back to the hotel to sleep and 4 hours later I was awake from being eaten alive by bedbugs. If you stay here make sure you check everything, they were on the pillows in my room, 235, and all over the bed of the other guy’s room, 133, company called to get it refunded and they told them that they don’t have bed bugs when we all have video and photo evidence. Would never stay there again.

Sigh... Where do I start? The lobby, hallways are super dated. The room doors look rundown. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Need ice, no problem. Go to the ice machine, but there's no ice bucket in the room so bring a cup. WiFi was fine. Places to eat are very close by. Room was clean. AC had a stale smell, & would stop cooling without reaching 68 degrees. I set it to 66 & didn't keep up either. Blankets & pillows are old as ***k. Will never stay here again. No USB charging ports at all - ZERO. It's fine for a quick (OMG I need a room to rest now) overnight moment. Other than that stay far away. Not sure where the high reviews come from. Might be staff or someone who's never stayed at a decent hotel. Wyndham has big b*lls stamping their name on this place. Looks OK from the outside, don't be fooled. This is not a Wyndham Hotel unless Wyndham has been reduced to motel status. 8:20am, came out and breakfast was gone. Can't make this s**t up...

The building is very run down. There is no breakfast. We were told we would get a “grab bag” with an apple and granola bar (which we didn’t get) The gym is permanently closed, the room was very cramped. There was grit in my bed. The second floor smelled like pot and there is no elevator. The carpet is very shabby and torn in places. There weren’t USB ports for phones. For the price I expected a lot more. Thankfully it was just a place to lay our heads overnight. The only plus is the location.

Positive: Convenience to where I was going. Room was clean. Negative: Yes, the staff dismissed my concerns about an issue with a credit card charge. They didn't seem interested in resolving the problem, but repeatedly stated, "there's nothing we can do, your card has been charged," tho I showed them proof to the contrary.
