This was a pretty decent place to stay. The only problem I had with them was one of the days I was staying they put me in a room with no refrigerator or microwave. However, the location is great when it comes to finding something to eat. They have plenty of restaurants selections to choose from if you ever decide to get something to eat.

Rooms are a bit basic and could use some renovation. During my stay however it looked like the room furniture was in process of being replaced. Otherwise the bed was extremely comfortable and the reception staff very friendly.

Rooms were very clean, we had brand new beds that were very comfortable, they are very high beds but very comfortable.

My experience with best western in Utica, Ny has not been a good one due to checking in first day and seeing food crumbs, Excessive pet dander & other foreign material all over the bedroom carpet floor not to mention the left over hair all over the bathroom sink and inside the tub and when I asked to have it cleaned by room service they came and did a halfway job so I requested another room just to find similar findings. I’m checking into another hotel tomorrow, I’ll never stay here again.
