I hired this company to install whole new AC unit in my house. Austin and Aaron were the technicians, they were very professional ,clean ,friendly and kept me informed about the progress of the job. They did excellent work I was thoroughly impressed. It was a good feeling to have great customer service nowadays, the AC unit and air handler that they installed was a quality unit and it worked very well. They double checked all their work before they left.I would highly recommend this company For any of your heating cooling or plumbing needs. Michael Larry

DISAPPOINTED. They were very prompt to fix a broken motor in June. Was very happy with the result. But then I signed up for their maintenance plan. After never having experienced an issue with the unit (outside of the motor), which by the way is only 2 years old, they came to do their routine maintenance one evening, and literally the following morning, the AC stopped working. They came to fix it and found that the previous tech had forgotten to clean the filter. It was so filthy the unit couldn’t ventilate properly and was causing ice buildup. Now it is broken again, second time in 3 days. It had been working perfectly until they came over for the “maintenance”. The worst part is filter issue was completely preventable. Just negligence. Some of their techs are great but others seem very inexperienced. The problem is, you don’t know who you’re going to get.
