They confirmed the Rapid Antigen appointment online and by text message. Then 15 minutes later they canceled it and told me to go to their UES or UWS locations. When I asked for a refund, they told me to call another office to request a refund from them. They can cancel me but can’t refund me. Classic fraud! In addition, their online appointment process was a nightmare where we had to repeatedly start over because of a glitch. Just a big waste of time. And they really don’t care at all.

How long does it take to get RT-PCR results here? My airline requires that particular test and I didn’t realize rapid tests were not accepted for being less reliable.
