I would strongly recommend going to their website, Petfinder or SAVE's Facebook page. You can view all of their adoptable animals there. Like most businesses, they don't have someone monitoring Google questions.

Yes, but you need to fill out an application, give them your veterinarian info. from previous pets (if you have had them). They will want to know how often you will walk them, etc.
I work at a vetinary clinic. And a older woman came in with her dog. She said it had bit her an she wanted it euthanized. This dog has not shown any aggression at all. Can I help him
