I worked there for 6 years starting as a volunteer. I got tired of seeing the same animals living there for years and never posted for adoption. The people in charge need to start thinking about the animals and stop denying adoption applications for silly reasons.

This place needs new management immediately. The manager refuses certain dog breeds that are at high risk of being euthanized at kill shelters such as pitbulls ect. There were cats on the premises that were evidently feral strays that are not eligible for adoption yet they live on the premises? There's no way thats legal right? I am truly disgusted and saddened. These animals deserve better.

Yes, I was on Girls on the Run for two years, and the money we made from people attending went to Faithful Friends and we researched them and called and they were a no kill shelter.
Faithful Friends does accept donations of pet food. They can be left at the Sanctuary entrance area. A donation receipt is available in the plastic holder on the wall.
I believe they only had larger breeds when I went in. They do take in smaller dogs, but they get adopted very quickly. Check out their facebook page.
