I'm with the Stanly County Humane Society and the answer that was given to you was wrong. Our adopted fees are $150.00 Right now we don't have any puppies that age ready for adoption. We don't adopt puppies that young. They are at least 8 wks or older. You can fill out a application on line , we do vet reference and other references and if you rent we have a paper for your landlord to fill out. And right now we do have puppies they are only 2 wks old an they are lab mixes. I am fostering momma and her babies. Any other questions you can send them to us on Facebook messager. Rebecca
