Absolute top notch service every time I walk into this store. I was there a few weeks ago to upgrade and Shaniqua helped with everything and made the transaction and trade in go so smoothly! All of the employees I’ve dealt with have been great. Store is always clean and the staff won’t let you just stand around waiting, if someone is ahead of you, they acknowledge you and let you know about how long it will be. Super service!! Edited 9/25/22: Makayla was awesome!!! I went in with a huge request that I wasn’t even sure could be done, she absolutely nailed it and helped get my Mom switched from Verizon over to AT&T under our plan! Top notch service every time I walk into the store!
