On November 12,2021 I prepaid for two nights through Hopper.com at Country Inn &Suites in Greenville,South Carolina on Lauren's Rd. I was and am highly disappointed! I had to change my room twice due to heavy cigarettes smoke from the guests who stayed across the hall from me. The bathtub was beyond disgusting!When I travel I always bring cleaning and disinfectant products with me but I knew this could not save the tub. Inside the room there were noticeable large holes. I was completely uncomfortable and decided not to stay. This hotel did not represent the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson brand. I do understand with the present pandemic that there are challenges for all. However this hotel still represent the struggle with the lack of cleaning and updating. The one positive experience was the hotel clerk who was pleasant and apologetic for the inconvenience. I would not recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel. I hope that these issues can be resolved by your management team for future customers care.

We move rooms 3 times. The first room didn't look like it was clean properly. The second and third room had the open air conditioning units. The floor had a wet feel to it. But in all the hotel look like it had been updated, but the carpet in the hall way needed some serious cleaning and stain removal. The guy at the front desk was very helpful in trying to get us a suitable room. But they definitely need to cover up those air conditioning units.

The first 2 rooms they put us in a room with an air conditioner that didn’t work. And the refrigerator, the microwave, and the phone didn’t work either. The third room they put us in only had one bed. We needed two queens. The fourth room they gave us, the air worked the phone worked, and refrigerator worked. But only one of the lights worked in the room. I’ve never been so frustrated with any hotel stay. They did refund the price of the room. I’d give 0 stars if that was an option.

I was here for a month and all the individuals at the front desk were great! The rooms weren't bad comfortable beds my room was made up daily. The biggest issue I had was the woman at the breakfast area...EXTREMELY RUDE. Being yelled at walking in at 6am saying CAN I HELP YOU? Like why the heck are you here and inconvenience me wanting food. Saying "I have to get it for you" which is fine with me until i ask for silverware and she said "You get that yourself" if you don't like your job move on.
