First of all I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT KATARINA!!!!!!! she is patient kind very knowledgeable… she assisted us with a pro project to renovate a few of our rentals. The store was clean prices were better than lowes and Home Depot as a pro. We had to wait to get loaded 20-45 minutes but it was expected the store was packed they have so many options the only thing I’m sorry about is the closest store is 1 1/2 away… all our future projects will be done with floor and decor… thanks again Katarina

Best thing is to ensure when you check out, you give them your phone number and email address so they can " register your receipt". When you are ready to return simply go to the store with the product. They can look up your receipt if you lost it. Still have to follow return policy. Wala... done. 😀
