Been shopping at Citi Trends for years. They have children's clothes all the way up to plus sizes and big and tall. Also, shoes and lots of accessories to choose from as well. A lot of name brand clothes. I like the convenience of not having to go to the mall or pay mall prices!

They may have some but I dont believe they keep them stocked
I think it's like 10% or 20% down and you just pay on it until you get it out but I know for sure there are no returns on layaway items after purchase
